Gander’s car wash was an idea that became a reality in 2016, when the Sovero family had an idea for Easton MD. To build a unique car washing experience, that allowed them to provide the town of Easton and all the surrounding counties with a state-of-the-art facility that met everyone’s car washing needs.
We are proud to be able to say that Gander’s Car Wash in Easton continues to serve Easton, the surrounding counties of Caroline, Queen Annes and Dorchester, commuters from DC and also friends and family from all over when they come to visit our great town.
In 2021, an opportunity in Ellicott City, Md presented itself to take over an existing facility and in July 2021 the former Dolly’s Car Wash became Gander’s Express. Gander’s Express serves Ellicott City and the surrounding areas with Self-serve, Touchless Laser washes or an updated soft brush tunnel.
In early 2023, an opportunity to purchase a piece of land in Millville, DE began the process of the 3rd location that would be an additional Flex-serve Car Wash serving Sussex and surrounding counties in DE. Construction began in late summer of 2025 and officially opened in May 2026.
